Rental Agreement

All parties are required to sign a Rental Agreement. You will receive the agreement for electronic signature once your booking is confirmed. If you choose not to sign the agreement, your reservation will be cancelled.

House Rules

• 6 people max
• No parties 
• No pets
• No smoking
• Quiet hours are 11 p.m. – 8 a.m.

Check-in Instructions

Check-in Time: 4:00 p.m.

Door: The house is equipped with an electronic keypad on the main door. You will receive your unique code after you have signed the Rental Agreement.

Enter your code and you should see the green check mark light up and hear the door unlocking. If it is too dark to see the numbers, press the bottom left corner of the keypad to illuminate it and then enter your code. Your code will start working at your designated check-in time and will stop working at your designated check-out time. If it fails after continued attempts, please contact your host. When you leave the house, just press the lock icon to lock the door.

Thermostat: The thermostat is located on the wall under the staircase near the kitchen. Feel free to set it as needed to feel comfortable. If you are running the heat or air conditioning, please make sure all the windows and doors are closed.

Checklist:

• Load the dishwasher start the cycle. Hand wash and dry large items
• Place all trash in either the kitchen trash can or the large trash can in the laundry room
• Take all items from the fridge and pantry that you brought with you
• Double check all rooms for your personal belongings
• Close and lock all windows and doors
• Turn off all lights
• Ensure baseboard heaters and gas fireplace are turned off if you used them
• Lock the front door on your way out
